User Access Levels

There are four access levels in the SatVUE portal, although only companies with distributor access can create users with the two Distributor access levels. These access levels are:

• Super Distributor: These users have read and write access to their company as well as their client's companies. As well as being able to add/edit/delete users in any of these companies.
• Distributor: These users have readonly access to their company as well as their client's companies.
• Supervisor: These users have read and write access to their company and its devices.
• Operator: These users have readonly access to their company and its devices.

All users have access to all devices in under their company except for Operator users, these users must be assigned devices by a Supervisor or Distributor user, see here for more information.

Only Super Distributor users are able to create other Distributor users. Distributor users can only be created in your own company, you cannot create Distributor users in your client's companies. If you do require one of your clients to have Distributor rights, please contact Pacific Data Systems Australia to configure this for you.
